What happened?

 

I was in Tadipatri with my mother few months ago ... the bus was supposed to come by 9pm ... it came at 2am ... it was divakar travels ...

 

at 2am ... they acted like they did a favor to us ... I couldn't even find water for my mom ...

When my friend called Call center after 3 days on March 16th they told in 4 days u will get refund.

 

After 5 days he called again they said it is processed u get anytime.

 

After 5 days he called again they said again u will get wait ani chepparu call center guys.

 

Even last week lo every day call chesina u will get ani chepparu but 25 days he did not get money.

 

 

U are saying about drivers, staff who worked for 10 years which is a good one I appreciate u. But I said about people who are main Travellers who made keseneni run these many years . my friend is also from VIJAYAWADA only prefers keseneni more. 25 days lo kuda money refund kaledu and they are not responded now said 7 days u will get but 25 days kuda raledu money.

May be something went wrong with your friend. Who are working in call centre tells like that(will be refunded ) only other than nothing they can do.

 

Comming to employees 3 months salary, nani already informed their employees about travels closer. Paper lo clear ga raadu 3 months salary pay che's adu ani. If he is not paid their salaries employees can come on roads and protest kada bayya.
