i meant to ask is it possible to reach such low percentages with consuming limited quantity of white rice...?

brown rice thinavoyi, inkaa white enti? Even IF chesinaa konni roujal tarvatha plateau stage ki reach avudhi body, you have to give a new challenge to body!

5kms running ....3 sets pull ups.. 3 sets pushups.. 3 sets squats.. 3 sets planks ...3 sets mountain climbers ..3 sets stick bending exercise..450 skipping .. 1 mile cycling ...3 sets dumbells ...3 sets rod tho wait lifting ... 3 sets biceps curls ...
