This has been unbeatable for me... Ippudu Version 7 nadusthu vundhi... not as good as V5. I tried and returned it.

 

Nenu $45 ki konna.. ippudu $75 thakkuva ledu ekkadaa,....

Bros, below is my food menu

 

Bf- raagi java with badam, cashews and watermelon 2 slices

Lunch- salad (capsicum + carrot + tomato + keera) + one cup sprouts + watermelon + 1 banana+ lemon water -- ofc lo combo istaadu

 

3:45- 3 egg white + 1 juice (grape or Boppaya or beetroot)

 

4:45 ki gym ki pota

 

Dinner - either chapati or omlet (2 eggs)

bro nuv teskunedhi max 1000-1200 cals vastondhi - which is not gud for health...atleast 1500 undatam better antaru....gym going kaaatti 1700-1800 undali...
