Upper body decent shape vachindi - so Inka workout split change chesi lower body n abs more concentrate chedam ankuntuna

 

So ee week nundi upper n lower split workout regime follow avta

 

Day 1 upper body

Day 2 lower body

Day 3 cardio n abs

Repeat next 3 days

Day 7 rest

ab muscles n tummy fat reduction are different bro - fat reduction ki only way cardio n eat well....aa excercises anni ab muscle definition kosam not for fat reduction....

inka tummy taggali ante floor exercises aa annai :thinking:
