Raaz@NBK Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 "Jana Sena" is mine, claims Balraj 'Hyderabad: One Brahmanapally Balraj Mudiraj here on Friday said he had filed an application before the Election Commission of India for registration of his political party known as “Jana Seva” six months ago. Speaking to mediapersons, Balraj said he had formed the "Jana Sena" party with a goal of striving for achievement of Samajika Telangana after moved by supreme sacrifices of Telangana youth for a separate Telangana State. He took serious objection to Tollywood actor Pawan Kalyan announcing launch of his party as “Jana Sena” without bothering about the existing party title. Balraj said the process of registration of a political party would take at least four months and the applicants are required to give publicity only after the EC approved the petition. Stating that there are clear guidelines issued by the Election Commission, Balraj said applicants of new political parties cannot give announcements even before the EC approved such applications. However, he said, they would welcome Pawan Kalyan’s party if it was legally recognized by the Election Commission. Jana Sena vice-president G.
