CBN focussed more on Service sector, Infrastructure building, improving the efficiency of Governance, Etc etc....but Failed in the Agricultural Front... whereas Modi gave equal stress to all the areas where CBN has already focussed....but also focussed more on Agricultural sector.....Gujarat has witnessed unprecedented growth in this sector, Gujarat's income from Agriculture grew upto 10.6% while even the National average is around 4-5%......This is the Key.....In India, in any state, on an average more than 50-60% directly or indirectly rely on this Agriculture sector for their livelyhoods....You neglect this sector and you are finished politically... CBN had his achievements mostly under the reign of Central govts, that are friendly....whereas Narendra Modi had his growth, even inspite of a hostile Central Govt...
