naaku same anxiety prob.... office work chinnadi ichina.... chala pressure feel ayye vadin.. ekkkadi nunchoo telavani nervousness vachedi chematalu pattevi naaku assalu ardama ayedi kaadu...

 

doctors ki chupisthe emi ledu u r good if u still feel the same better meet a psychiartist ani annadu.... taravata nene research chesi.. telesina frnds ni adiga... mbbs chesina vallani... they said its very common prob..... stress tagginchukoo... get massages, go to gym and dont drink coffee,tea, cokes and sodas ani cheppadu.... for a period of time nenu mandu kuda manesa.... then i found the difference.....

 

ippudu antha normal ga vundi.... green tea tagu.. chala manchidi.... and e cokes, pepsi lu coffee lu manesi.... drink more of water and fruit juices
