Tarak is for what ever reasons, not putting himself in meeting the Standards he set for himself in '09 Campaign( Simple Non-Political talk)....... Nobody can decide the height(of achievement) Tarak will reach. His Actions ( Bold, Average or Small) and his only, will tread the future path for him. That is good bet for anybody.....
