Simple brother..... close all wine shops.... ban liquor in state and put severe laws. 
 

add extra tax on all sales and income. Govt will get more than what they are getting today. 
 

but they will not do. Best example is - Jagan has distillaries and he is selling liquor to govt at high prices..... vadiki double profit.

Central govt has to put a upper limit on the individual consolidated property amount. And also, you cannot have more than 3 kids.  Let’s say, no citizen of our country should have more than 100Cr property. This rule is enough to curb corruption. Max entha sampadistundi oka family? Enthala choosina less than 1k crores. 
 

so 10% of super filth rich can be restricted and it will give a chance for upper middle class to gain more and that cycle goes down till the poor and down trodden. 

this will be like equal opportunity to earn!

but our govts don’t do that!
