India bagu padali ante this is the way to go...Poor should be criteria at some stage... If really happens that is the best ever model we show to others in India.... Krishna, west east lo kooda chala mandi poor to middle class kammas unnaru. they dont get any benefit from govt. yet they are challenged to loose another 5% of their chances. sonykongara Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 నన్ను సంప్రదించకుండానే రిపోర్టును ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించారు: జస్టిస్ మంజునాథ02-12-2017 11:48:07 విజయవాడ: నన్ను సంప్రదించకుండానే... బీసీ కమిషన్ సభ్యులు రిపోర్టును ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించారు.., చైర్మన్‌గా నా రిపోర్టును ప్రభుత్వానికి అందజేస్తా.. అని బీసీ కమిషన్ చైర్మన్‌ జస్టిస్ మంజునాథ పేర్కొన్నారు. శనివారం ఆయన విజయవాడలో విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడారు. రిపోర్టు ఇచ్చేముందు సభ్యులు చైర్మన్‌ను సంప్రదించాల్సి ఉందన్నారు. ‘సభ్యుల రిపోర్టులో ఏముందో నాకు అనవసరం... నేను రూపొందించిన రిపోర్ట్‌ సిద్ధంగా ఉంది.. త్వరలోనే ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పిస్తా’నని జస్టిస్ మంజునాథ పేర్కొన్నారు. కాగా... కాపులను బీసీల్లో చేర్చేందుకుగానూ సాధ్యాసాధ్యాలను పరిశీలించేందుకుగానూ రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం జస్టిస్ మంజునాథ కమిషన్ ఏర్పాటుచేసింది. దీంతో రాష్ట్రంలోని ఆయా ప్రాంతాల్లో కమిషన్ సభ్యులు పర్యటించి పలువురి అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించి ఓ నివేదికను రూపొందించారు. కాగా... ఈ నివేదికను శుక్రవారం సాయంత్రం కేబినెట్ భేటీలో అందజేయడం, శనివారం కేబినెట్ ఈ రిపోర్టును ఆమోదించడం జరిగాయి. దీని ప్రాతిపదికన కాపులను బీసీ ఎఫ్ గా పరిగణిస్తూ 5శాతం రిజర్వేషన్ కల్పించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. ఇంతవరకు ఇలా ఉంటే నన్ను సంప్రదించకుండానే బీసీ కమిషన్ సభ్యులు రిపోర్టును ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించారంటూ బీసీ కమిషన్ చైర్మన్‌ జస్టిస్ మంజునాథ పేర్కొనడం విశేషం. అంతేగాక నేను రూపొందించిన రిపోర్ట్‌ సిద్ధంగా ఉందని, త్వరలోనే ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పిస్తానని పేర్కొనడంతో కొంత గందరగోళ పరిస్థితులకు దారితీసే పరిస్థితులున్నాయి.
