Why he is doing? It is not compartmentalized like the way you put in the second part, CBN is seeing here to increase the confidence levels of people in general and wants to instill spirit in public to do the grand feats you mentioned.........Not just from the pushkara perspective only, in general he is shaping that way(the public views), ofcourse enjoying also immersing in that work...... He needs all the public goodwill and hearty blessings for achieving those things and capital construction by acquiring sufficient political capital along the way........He is using these events to make the public close knit spiritually and culturally also...... A happy society- not just relying on the tangible goodies(projects, bridges,dams & buildings etc)only in pursuit of achieving that goal....santhOsha(remember this?)...The emotional and spiritual health of the society should not be undermined, eventhough he will not have full control on those dimensions in society, but trying to do as much as possible with in his realm & ideas.....
