Amaravathi mandal lo Acre starts at 30l to 4 C depending upon the road and the last fields ---- Lam lo already vigorous gha ventures vesaru and average sales ippudu 5k plus undhee square yard -- nallapadu would be good choice always irrespective of capital zone and there acres lo levu/nobody are willing to sell and in near future ikkada kuda vigorous gha ventures start avvuthayee and u will get square yard starting 7-8k to 15k depending on the location --- Wait for 1-2 months because there will be huge ventures coming - and not just lam or nallapadu u can examine many places then - options inkha perughuthayee -- once the capital center zone is announced dhaniki 30Km raduis lo any where u can invest if u are planning to buy plots -- Right now buying plots in lam and nallapadu is good choice but if u can wait for 2 months u can get many more options -- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
