Well, I'm one of those lazy dudes ... mixed up ketchup, honey mustard, half asssed mayo (adele, half fat) ... put it on toasted bread with honey roasted turkey or chicken along with some veg (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) ... you got yourself a fantastic and healthy lunch/dinner for the weekdays May be I should patent this ... oh wait, they've been doing this for a while ... never mind.
