i thought 3000 acres enough for capital. it will include administration buildings of all departments, high court, raj bhavan and residential quarters for bureaucrats/mlas/ministers/cm  . few hospitals, schools, recreation parks, play ground to cater the needs of bureaucrats and politicians in the capital.i mean it will be like one central government industry or university . if you go to ntpc, power grid, iit or any other central government institutions  you can see this.

remaining stuff like software industry and any other industry can be decentralized to different cities and region. for example it industry requires few IT towers to be build in tirupati, vijayawada, visakhapatnam, anantpur , 24 hours power supply, water, internet connectivity, residential quarters for employees quality schools , hospitals and recreational parks.

we don't require designs from world class institutes for assembly, high court, secretariat . normal buildings will serve our purpose. we can't waste money in the name of iconic buildings/bridges. on one side we are wasting money on this stuff another side we are whining that we don't have enough money. our state is predominantly agriculture based direct collection of taxes is less. we are getting money through indirect taxes(previously vat currently gst) . depends on  gst rate we are paying tax on each product we are buying . it is hard earned money of the people. cbn shouldn't  spend in the name of beauty or designs.

i am asking one question, cbn already constructed assembly why he want to construct another with good design? why can't he is use current one?

Some people think about several years ahead - that is called vision. They look like fools in the initial days.

Some people think about short term - that is called short-sightedness.

After 10 years, people will know why iconic buildings are needed? why great capital is needed? etc.....

Short-sighted people can never understand visionaries. Just like in stock market, short term investors never understand long term investment.

Same story happened during hitech city time. Some things never change. some people never change.

Whether you like it or not, CBN will not change. He is like that. Natchakapothe...jagan ki vote vesi naaalugu buildings maa donakonda lo kattandi.

Without spending 1 rupee, accumulating more than 30,000 acres - even if he does not do anything, still no revolt from those farmers - that is enough.

yes cbn is decentralizing industries and IT industry. my thought is  administrative  capital will serve our purpose which requires less money .

cbn constructed cyber towers in hitech city which is necessary for IT industry , i agree with that .

iconic buildings are simply waste of money . we  are seeing how the mlas are shouting in assembly. one convention hall is enough for them. any investor think about profit . they won't invest by looking iconic buildings. they will see infrastructure like 24 hours power, water, land at reasonable rate, availability of skilled, semi skilled or unskilled labour depends on their requirements . currently cbn building  this infrastructure to attract investors in entire state .

iconic buildings have no role in attracting investors except for taking selfies.

In the olden days, kings used to give importance to culture, arts etc...see old monuments/Hampi like old cities.

In these days, money became most important..all others went into background.

Some things can not be explained. if you love art...it looks like best thing in world. that's why some painting gets sold for crore - for me they look like mad lines.

I want a cultural capital... one of the best liveable & beautiful city in the world.

Regarding share, manufacturing and services share will improve gradually.

That is I am saying.

ROI is important. But, you are thinking about short term returns. He is thinking about long term returns.

There are countries that are surviving on tourism.....Just see European countries..how they give so much importance to culture & arts.

I want Amaravati of olden days that reflects our culture.
