Vivaan Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 As a person suffering with Psoriasis for the past 12 years and with a parent who suffered Psoriasis all through his life I can say that tge best treament for "relief" from flare up of the disease is to control diet and exercise regularly. Diet wise you need to come off completely of dairy products and also use gluten free food. Also use less of night shade vegetables like aubergine, bell peppers and potatoes(baby potatoes are fine). I use topical creams like propygenta NF but I recommend seeing the doctor first before using because they are steroidal ointments. Liquid paraffin helps too. This is very powerful and helps a lot to witness quick results.... Okasaari thaggaka, you can have non-veg once in 2 weeks.. Alcohol once in 2-3 months.. These are just my observations..
