Nivetha claims that all the Three Telugu films she has done so far – Gentleman, Ninnu Kori and Jai Lava Kusa have been received well and that her performances in particular were appreciated by Telugu people. She added that she is being called ‘ma ammayi’ (our daughter) by Telugu people, and that she considers it the biggest compliment she has received so far. ‘My Telugu fans have become my family, and I can’t thank them enough,’ she wrote.
