English players have been in the spotlight after the conclusion of IPL auction as Ben Stokes and Tymal Mills are the top picks bagging massive amount for the upcoming edition of Indian Premier League.

The franchises are given a massive boost as Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes and Tymal Mills, who have been the most sought after players this season, will be available almost or for the entire tournament.

Ben Stokes broke almost all records as he was finally sold for 14.5 Crore to Rising Pune Super Giants while Tymal Mills has been the second pick as he made a massive 12Cr after Royal Challengers Bangalore bagged him.

England are set to host Ireland in early May and are slated to play against South Africa as the board view the two series as a key to their Champions Trophy campaign. The dates of both the series are set to clash with IPL schedule and it would be tough for the English players to be available for the entire six weeks of the tournament.

Ben Stokes and Chris Woakes along with Jos Buttler are set to leave by May 14 for their national duty while few other English players including captain Eoin Morgan, picked by KXIP and Jason Roy, bought by GJ will have to report back by May 1 which will be a huge blow for their respective franchises as they are set to play against Ireland later that week.

Meanwhile, fast bowlers Chris Jordan and Tymal Mills will be available for the entire tournament as they are considered as T20 specialists and are not in the plans for the upcoming ODI series, England will take part in.

Below are the list of players who will leave based on their due dates

May 1: Jason Roy, Sam Billings, Eoin Morgan

May 14: Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, Chris Woakes

Available for entire tournament: Chris Jordan, Tymal Mills
