Also workout.. naku morning kudaradu.. so evening jogging ki ala velacha :peepwall:

Evening jogging is fine ...main thing you need to eat 2 hrs before tour sleep....no carbs and sugars in the evening....i would suggest you take complex carbs like brown rice and ragi which contain fiber instead of white rice and chapathi....and eat more veggies....try to have veggie juices if you cannot eat them....

coach light..neeku already tesluga em cheyalo..so aa schedule follow avvu...mana gyms lo coaches picha lite...asalu correct form n pace kuda telidu 90% ki....
