Dravidict Posted November 18, 2016 Author Share Posted November 18, 2016 కష్టాలున్నాయి.. కాదనకండి: సుప్రీంకోర్టు దిల్లీ: నోట్ల మార్పిడి అంశంపై సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై ప్రశ్నల వర్షం కురిపించింది. ప్రజలు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నమాట వాస్తవమని, కాదని ప్రభుత్వం వాదించవద్దని పేర్కొంది. పరిస్థితి ఇలాగే కొనసాగితే వీధుల్లో ఆందోళనలు జరిగే ప్రమాదముందని హెచ్చరించింది. పాత నోట్ల మార్పిడి పరిమితిని ఎందుకు తగ్గించారు? బ్యాంకుల ఎదుట భారీగా క్యూలైన్లు పెరిగిపోతున్నాయి.. దీని వల్ల సమస్య తీవ్రమవ్వదా అని చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ టీఎస్ ఠాకూర్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నించారు. రూ.500, రూ.1000 నోట్ల రద్దును పునఃసమీక్షించాలన్న పిటిషన్పై సుప్రీంకోర్టు శుక్రవారం విచారణ చేపట్టింది. రూ.500, రూ.1000 నోట్లను రద్దు చేశారు, మరి రూ.100 నోటు ఏమైంది.. వాటిని ఎందుకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురాలేదని న్యాయస్థానం కేంద్రాన్ని ప్రశ్నించింది. గత విచారణలో ప్రజలకు నోట్ల మార్పిడి నుంచి ఉపశమనం కలిగేలా చేస్తామని చెప్పారు, మరి ఎందుకు నగదు మార్పిడి పరిమితిని కుదించారు. అసలు సమస్య ఏంటి? ముద్రణ సమస్యా? అని ప్రభుత్వంపై ప్రశ్నల వర్షం కురిపించింది. ముద్రణ ఒక్కటే సమస్య కాదు.. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న కొన్ని లక్షల బ్రాంచ్లకు నగదు పంపిణీ చేయాలి, దీంతో పాటు ఏటీఎంలలో కొత్త నోట్లు పెట్టడానికి అనువుగా కొన్ని మార్పులు చేయాల్సి ఉందని ప్రభుత్వం సమాధానం ఇచ్చింది. అందుకే రైతులకు, వివాహాలకు, చిరువ్యాపారులకు ఉపశమనం కలిగించేలా నిబంధనలు సడలించామని సమాధానమిచ్చారు. ధర్మాసనం సంధించిన ప్రశ్నలకు ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున న్యాయవాది ఇచ్చిన సమాధానాల పట్ల న్యాయస్థానం అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేసింది.
