How to mishandle a situation

Demonetization is a classic example

1. While making 86% (14.95L Crores) of the existing currency invalid, Government pushed only 8% (1.2L Crores) of that 86% back into the public/banks.

2. Given the fact that higher denominations have become go-to option for dumping black money in the form of cash, it is plain stupidity of the Government yo rope in Rs 2000 note

3. With only 14% of the existing currency in the form of lower denominations, it is plain common sense to push in more currency in lower denominations. Instead, the highest newer note is pushed leaving the public struggling to make use of the cash in hand.

4. As if the situation wasn't bad enough, banks were given holiday yesterday.

5. And, to make things worse, even ATM's weren't reloaded with money.

6. Just when you think it can't get any worse, they are now planning to use indelible ink to mark the people who have come to the banks to exchange old notes.
