This waste-to-wealth management centre in Pamuru of Prakasam district was created through convergence of MGNREGS under the leadership of Minister Nara Lokesh. This Centre is unique because it is also used as a park by residents for walking, yoga and meditation. What’s more, vegetables are grown organically by the residents which is distributed in the village. Social innovation at its best.

Wow!!! very very impressive. Clearing so much trash and recycling is really wonderful for the Environment and hence the people. 8 acres of land was given back to VMC where the trash used to be dumped in. Mind blowing

I think this is the BEST thread of all the threads.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజల సమస్యలు నేరుగా తెలుసుకునేందుకు గ్రామదర్శిని గ్రామ వికాసం అనే కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టింది. చెత్త నుండి సంపద సేకరణ ద్వారా ఉపయోగాలను అధికారులు రైతులకు అవగాహన కల్పిస్తున్నారు. ఈ దిశగా కడప జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా "సాలిడ్ వేస్ట్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ సెంటర్లను" అధికారులు పరిశీలించారు.
