entrepreneur's would exploit the local's or use all their tactics to build their empires ....   where as VGTM is considered which is already a factory zone of entrepreneur's(who have expanded their wings all across the growth corridors - be it major or minor share's) is the biggest advantage - the local talent and other resources is a boon for the upcoming capital. 

 

migrant entrepreneur's into VGTM should adapt " win win situation " with the locals .... it is the only way to penetrate ....

 

every metro has got its own characteristic's - and VGTM doesn't require immediate in-flow from outside investor(uniqueness) - the local entrepreneur would offer migrant entrepreneur one not ten shares .... the outsider would come in to make one x or two x profit not 10x profit like how in the 90's the migrant entrepreneurs cashed in Hyderabad ....

if a new area is developing in such a grand scale as in this case investors from all over the country will flock for the opportunity. But the uniqueness of this new capital is that there already exists a ultra prosporous population who have all the resources required for the inveatments and also huge inflow of remittences.this was a never seen case,where local community is in such a dominant position economically,education wise and also overall HR development wise too..so its not possible to get rates which outsiders can expect.that is the uniqueness and greatness of this area.
