    Do alternative exercises every week....One week barbell and machines and next week only dumbells and weight free exercises ......Also do abs work out 10 mins every alternative day......Building stamina with weights is more important ......do burpees and cardio for atleast 15-20 mins daily ......this itself is enough my suggestion only take complex carbohydrates which have much fiber .......try millets(ragi,sajja,jonna) if you are taking carbohydrates they are the best carbohydrates available

    if you avoid carbohydrates you can have two big bananas daily......more over if you need to recharge your energy during work outs take coconut water

    gym going ki reason kuda undi. 2015 declo shabarimale vella digetappudu lef legki emaindo telidu problem start ayyindi.
     
    tarvatha 2016 feblo tirumala konda ekkutunte malli same  problem start ayyindi 4-5 days rest teesukunna saripoyindi ekkuva walk cheste pain vachedi left leg ki.
     
    appudu pain vachedi jan 2017 parents shirdi ki plan chesanu. parents mundu age lo unna nene pain ani chebite bagudu ani novemberlo doctor ki chupincha.
     
    doctor problem emi ledamma nerve problem anthe 2days once vachi injection teesuko saripothundi annaru sare ani 10 days 5 injection teesukunna.
     
    appudu doctor cheppanu konchem exercise cheyyandi ani so 2 november 2016 ki gym join ayya. so ade continue ayyindi anthe brother.

    balayya babu,tarak annayya veru veru sandharbhallo kalisinappudu teesina photos ikkada post chesthunna....ippudenduku antha aipoyaka ani kontha mandi adaga vachu......vallu malli kalavaremo ani bhadapaduthunna na lanti valla kosam ee pics.....ila chusukuni aina santhoshisthammm..........malli vallu kalavalani...veyi kallatho eduru chusthuntam....vallu kalisina kalavakapoina....we r NANDAMURI fans....
     
    my personal opinion:
    mana heroes ni ila  pics lo chusthunte kallamta neellu thiruguthunnaiiii.......malli eppuda ila kalisi digina photo chusedi ani......hope malli aa rojulu vasthayani........
     
    ikkada leni pics mee daggara unte veyyandi.....
