Just consider the bottom of the triangle as entry level jobs and as age increases move perpendicular to the floor of the triangle. You will have abundant entry entry level jobs as they are cost effective and as the age of the employee increases, the no of jobs decreases and finally you reach to the top of the triangle. so, as long as there are companies in AP, you will have abundant entry level jobs.
