But the number was less, as gloabalization and availablity of information was less. US lo IT and Internet boom start ayyindi late 90's lo, which lead to the job demand of the IT industry. Daniki CBN ki sambhandam leedu. What CBN did was understand the potential and put up Eng colleges to make sure people had qualification to take up these jobs ante. CBN did realise the potential and encouraged IT stalwarts to set shop in AP. But, most of these companies were already interested in India as India was slowly opening up to the world, via the reforms implemented by PVNR and co.
