vk_hyd Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 M. Nageswara Rao IPS (Retired) @MNageswarRaoIPS Follow JAGAN IS DOWN BUT NOT OUT People of Andhra Pradesh have given a decisive mandate in #Election2024 against the anarchic and criminal regime of Jagan. Jagan’s mindset is that of warlords, not of politicians in a democracy. He considers his political opponents as enemies which is extremely dangerous for the health of democracy and wellbeing of the people. As such he is as evil as the Rakshasa rulers of the epic and puranic lore. Therefore, he has to be dealt appropriately as per law by ensuring speedy trial of all the 29 criminal cases pending against him especially 11 CBI cases and 9 ED cases, as mentioned in his affidavit filed for election 2024, whose trial he has been able to delay for more than a decade. Secondly, Jagan has converted the entire State government into a criminal enterprise of loot and let loot of public resources. This has to be investigated into impartially and expeditiously. Further, all those, especially the bureaucrats and police officers, who are meant to ensure rule of law which is the bedrock of democracy but have become partners in Jagan’s criminal enterprise, have to be identified and dealt with quickly and exemplarily so that it will be a lesson for all others. This includes use of Article 310 of Constitution whereby President or Governor withdraws her or his pleasure in the delinquent IAS, IPS and IFS officers and in the delinquent State civil service officers respectively; and also dismissal of delinquent officers under Article 311 of Constitution avoiding long drawn enquiries. Thirdly, to suit his criminal enterprise Jagan has destroyed institutions of governance, chain of command in the bureaucracy and police, the rule of law, systems and procedures of governance, etc. This has to be quickly repaired by placing honest and competent officers with a clear mandate. Lastly, there could be hue and cry of witch-hunt. So be it. For, if there are witches, they ought be hunted to save the people, state and the country. That is the mandate of #Election2024 in AP. I end by citing a sloka from Shubhashitam which is the distilled wisdom of our ancient civilisation. अग्नि: शेषं ॠण: शेषं शत्रु शेषं तथैव च | पुन: पुन: प्रवार्धेत तस्मात् शेषं न कारयेत ||
Hello26 Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 100% accurate assessment on Jagan and his mindset. They will start rebuilding/faking his image ...just how it was done for Gali Janardhan Reddy. Rebuilding image was done also for PK too
Nfdbno1 Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 cbn should have a separate department and ministry for overseeing these cases and tracking progress.. not only jagan, all crimes committed in the last so many years.. perhaps also a subdivision to keep a watch on so called analysts spreading misinformation.. “like bhramaravathi, kammaravathi, 32 dsps, pink diamond, kodi kathi seenu, gulaka rayi etc.”

If an approval is to be taken by president or governor, that means it's in Mosha's hands. And we know how well it works. I hope the AP govt figures out a way to dismiss them from their positions and make an example of them. I also accept it grudgingly that it might remain only a hope and not a reality.
