“Djokovic declared that he had not travelled in the 14 days before flying to Australia. Social media footage shows him in Serbia nine days before flying to Australia, and Spain just four days beforehand.”

Brother..It seems the fan in u is dominating the reality and making u immune to the facts..all ur posts are far from reality not single one of them is a reasonable one, seem like a illogical desperate defence..Tennis Australia granted him the exemption based on his recent covid positive test and his declaration that he didnt travel to any other country recently..But Australia's policy is , non citizens are allowed only if they are fully vaccinated or have a medical condition not to get vaccinated, so he was stopped at the airport..The main reason the judge reinstated his visa was more of a technical one, Djokovic was not given enough time before cancelling his visa to prepare his defence..even the poll website u posted is a comedy parody news site, they post many things like that for fun..in fact Autralian authorities were sort of forced to stop him after there was lot of uproar in Australia after he was given the exemption because majority of the australians thought Djokovic found a way because he is a celebrity when the rest of them were struggling with the strict rules and travel restrictions..Its diffiult to believe that Djokovic has really got covid just 15 days before his application(as defined in the rules to get the exemption) as his participation was in doubt from few months because he was not vaccinated(or the unwillingness to open the status)

Tennis Australia granted an exemption to Nole is an utter lie. It was granted by Victorian state government after reviewing all the documents submitted by Novak's representatives. Tennis Australia played some desperate role in getting Nole to play AO but they can't grant exemptions.

Did you read what judge quoted? Technical reason was also one of the reason, they don't put their own country in risk just because some authorities did not give enough time for Nole to respond. Read it again to understand better.
