When: West Indies vs India, 1st ODI, August 8, 2019, 09:30 Local, 19:00 IST

Where: Providence Stadium, Guyana

What to expect: As is the case with most cricket games in Guyana, rain will have a say at some point. To what extent, is the big question. Meteorologists have forecasted scattered thunderstorms during the early hours of the morning, which are expected to abate by noon.

The pitch for the final T20I, at the same venue, played truer than has been the norm in Guyana in recent seasons. Bangladesh played two ODIs here last year and scored 268 and 279 in their two digs. Teams will look at those numbers for their 'par' calculations before re-calibrating on the day.

What: West Indies vs India, 2nd ODI, 09:30am local time, 7pm IST

Where: Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad

What to expect: Weather looks a lot better and the players and fans can expect a full game. The last ODI played at this venue was between West Indies and India in 2017. The visitors won the contest with ease. The Test here last year between West Indies and Sri Lanka saw both spinners and pacers finding assistance and that's what both the hosts and India will hope.
