zoho Posted December 23, 2018 Share Posted December 23, 2018 Hi guys I need legal advice from experts . I had a piece of land in bangalore and made selling agreement with a guy two years ago. Still he is not buying and not yet registered. The initial agreement is valid only for 3 months.Upong agreement he paid 5 laks as advance. I want to get rid of this guy and look for other options. I asked him take his money back and go away, he says he want to buy it for same price in agreement, but needs some.more time or pay 5+5 =10 lakhs. What could be the option to get rid of this guy ? If it is registered it's valid till 3yrs If it is unregistered send him a legal notice ND make a Dd of 5 lakhs and keep it. After that search for new clients ND sell ur property If he has to go to court he needs to pay Stamp duty to the unregistered agreement ND stuff long process. As I stay in US , have to look for lawyer who provides online services then. If you guys know any of good online services please let me know.
