Comptroller and Auditor General of India is wrong? CAG body is mentioned in the Constitution of India under Article 148 – 151. CAG is ranked 9th and enjoys the same status as a judge of Supreme Court of India in Indian order of precedence Modi govt gave so special treatment that they removed even AP state employees PF amount from deficit calcualtion but had BIG heart to give Gujarat Oil corp losses from ONGC - AP is the only state in country that was asked give it's own power to neighbour state as 1st preference...Even after giving that power Modi govt played role in denying payment for that power - Andhra Pradesh got least(in bottom 5) budget in DROUGHT allocations - Andhra did not receive any external aided projects help even with promises continuously... Where as NON-DEFICIT gujjuland,MH&even other got HIGHEST central govt GRANTS allocations..... - Andhra Pradesh got 5% of just MH railway budget allocations - AP riverlink has no money but Center released 60,000 crores for MH irrigation projects - In 2018 BUDGET, Gujarat BULLET train got 7000 crore center grant release and AP lifeline polavaram got 1000 crores in 2017 - AP is so special that our Railway projects are given with state bearing 50% cost ****Remember AP has 5% of Maharastra allocation and in bottom of list in railway allocations even being major HUB that connects SOUTH-NORTH-EAST india Nadikudi-Kalahasti state share is 50%..... Railway line that connects central India to South(Chennai) center is asking AP to share 50% cost after announcing it because it passes through AP capital AP is so special that National Highway project also state was asked to share cost.....Even after sharing cost Center did not release it's share for project(Kanakadurga flyover) - AP got less than GUjarat 2018 university allocations combined all FOUR years for it's AP institutes- AP got LEAST allocation compared to MANY of the SURPLUS states in budget - AP did not received any TAX breaks showing GST but GUAJRAT GIFT CITY got TWO budget SS&exemptions - AP SEACOAST 12 nautical miles mineral wealth is snatched from DEFICIT state hands with NEW DEFINITION to DECADES OLD rule(As WEST coast has no wealth on their beach) Modi govt proposed this change after a report found minerals in Andhra Beaches only.....They don't wanted state to get any relief from current troubles so change it in 2018....- Andhra got least allocations in "Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme (AIBP)" eventhough AP is the 1st state that has done River interlink... Andhra Pradesh irrigation projects got least AIBP support explains what help a deficit state is getting For pattiseema center gave ZERO rupees as contribution where as all other state irrigation projects they given AIBP grant...Pattiseema is India's 1st riverintrlink that completed. - AP is the only state in country that still(Already paying) INTEREST on LOANS for other state share of EXTERNAL LOAN Remember AP paid already for all ORR,Metro,Hyderabad-Krishna water project e.t.c...Now LOAN INTEREST also we were asked to continue to PAY of other state..... Modi&Amitshah had no time to check on this as they want AP to fail for their politics But Modi had time impose 25000 Gujarat State petro lossed on Nation which one he stated "GUJARAT win on EATCOAST of INDIA" - AP got least allocations on PORTS knowing that EAST coast COAL e.t.c imports diversion to Guj,MH is causing 10,000 crores loss to Nation as per Center's own report - AP is the only state in INDIA that has not got it's share of assets DIVISION even after Supreme court judgement. Modi&AMITshah recommended a GO against Suprement COurt judgement - AP is the only state in Country that lost it's own COAL mines ownership to neighbor state with special GO from Modi Modi govt gave GO changing ownership of ANdhra pRadesh coasl mines in 2015 to punish more a highest deficit state AP - SOUTH(knowing Tamilnadu,Rayalaseema highest drought) India river-interlink has special rules compared to Gj,MHe.t.c For Guj,MH center gave 90% grant and released funds..Where as now states are asked to find their funds for GOdavari-Penna project that helps stop Tamilnadu-Karanataka fight - Chennai-Vizag corridor of UPA still not getting funds(lately got 3K) but Guj,MH corridor is given funds in escalated mode - AP is the state that not getting it's shore GAS for industrial corridor on priority but Modi gove gave 5000 crores to transfer AP coast GAS to outside AP Released 5000 crores to build a pipeline outside AP border to where lorries from KG basin take gas and connect t that pipeline - AP goes not get oil royalty even after FInance commission recommendations AP has the highest number of casualities in KG basin and our farmers has pipeline under their fields that cause blowout's - AP received(not statements) least in SAGARMALA&BHARAT mala compared to any of WEST states except giving statements - 85% of SAGARMALA works are going in Gujarat(officially declared by Gadkari&Modi)...AP coast is highest demand for ports and center did help in last 4 years - AP is the state where central govt did not allocate single rupee to start new PORT....AP RE-ORG act says "Shall complete Duggarajupatnam port by 2019" - Hyderabad industrial zone is proposed to connect to MUMBAI PORT eventhough it is very close to AP ports Where as Hyderabad is 1/2 of distance from Machilipatnam port compared to MUMBAI - Hyderabad is not getting any express way from AP ports but Hyderabad-NAGPUR,Hyderabad-MUMBAI NEW expressways proposed with 60,000 crores Isn't this a plan to kill EAST COAST PORTs at nation loss? - Modi given one special gift that Andhra people fought against Moi shifted GUJARAT state NUCLEAR REACTORS to Andhra Pradesh district after becoming prime minister - AP CAPITAL took 3 years+(still some pending) to get environmental clearence.. Gujarat=>AP shifted Nuclear reactors got all clearances in just few months - AP state is not at all consulted by center for 4000 MW India biggest THERMAL POWER PLANT on our lifeline Riverbed...also this is 10 KM from major reservoirs and on riverbed 4000 MW THERNAL plant is more dangerous than BHOPAL gas plant This plant is set up on riverbed on our border and just 10 kilometers from MAJOR RESERVOIRS crores of AP people get drinking water(&irrigation) where this THERMAL plant is set up close to reservoirs Same Modi govt canceled even small power plants showing Environment disasters thermal plants cause to drinking water But central Environment board took 3 YEARS to create all hurdles for AP capital showing all nonsense clauses - AP is the only state that did not receive even disaster already(HUDHUD) announced funds for such a BIG natural disaster - AP fibernet was praised as role model for whole India but when it came to funds they created hurdle But AP is the state that did not receive funds for fibrenet showing why we done it on poles(which was recommended for other states showing as role model) - Total Four PCPIR projects announced by UPA.. (Vishakhapatanam-Kakinada), Gujarat (Dahej), Odisha (Paradeep) and Tamil Nadu (Cuddalore-Nagapattinam) Gujarat one moved ahead but after so much of paperowrk,dpr Andhra one rejected...Why that harassment when you know going to reject it finally... - AP is the coastal state where it's Tsunami center is also moved to other state that has no coast - Gujarat state oil corp loss of 25,000 crores and Modi govt pushed them on Nation..... But crying every day on VIzag Dreding corporation where it's payments are pending from Center govt... - NARMADA project cost jumped from 15K in 2013 to 1 lakh crores by 2018...But Modi sir has all the time to follow it and supporting it with center share of allocations timely Where as Polavaram cost jump mainly on 2013 land act cost...But they everyday cry on national project promised in AP re-org act.. Center has given state approvals for Narmada but Poalvaram project even today going on old estiamtes and not received latest estimate approval /****************** AP BJP leaders, if have some shame before saying we allocated 1.5 lakh crore read facts...those 1.5,2.5 are given to every state as per Finance commission report... -You are so cruel , that you cut drought&AIBP e.t.c funds ratio also instead of helping.. -You are so cruel , instead of helping passed go to change OWNERSHIP of Andhra coal mines to T -You are so cruel , instead of helping passed GO against Suprement court judgement on asset disision -You are so cruel , instead of helping changed rule to snatch AP coast minerals wealth -You are so cruel , Instead of helping rejected oil royalty recommendations by Finance commission - You liars , You lied GST stopped no SS to states on parliament but we see fact yu continues same - You liars , You said GST stopped any TAX breaks to AP(eventhugh promised in AP re-org) you rejected AP but given to GUJARAT GIFT city in TWO budgets Even with hyped revenues&wrong calculation by 14th Finance commission, AP is the only non-ss that is still in deficit even after 2020...Look allocations and India's HIGH DEFICIT state got 1/10 of HIGH SURPLUS state by this central govt....
