krishna_Bidda Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 I made some healthy snack today oven roasted channa .......Poeple in India can have peanut light pan fired with salt and masala or chilli powder .....these are the healthiest snack options which we need to prepare for ourselves with less oil.......I am also having a balck coffee a@4PM 1hrs prior to workout ...this gives good energy .....or you can also have NO shot 15 mins prior to workout for energy...NO is damn good but make sure only one scoop.......or else you don't get sleep........
