Sleep posture ayi undochu bro - idi sarigga lekapothe morning body pains untayi - use a pillow between ur ankles when sleeping on d side and under ur ankles when sleeping on d back - never sleep on your stomach

OH.. ok bro... I mean eppudanna ekkuva sepu kurchuni lechaaka oka 10 seconds chaala pain under foot.. Thattoo back side only. Idi emanna over weight valla antaara? leka any other problem? ee madhyane start ayyinfi weight perigaaka :sad:
