Bala bro wats d result wid ur weight loss

weight loss aithey ayyanu bro .. 4 months back pattani pants ippudu paduthunnai... but proper diet ledhu... adhi kaka last 3 -4 weeks lo 13 days work outs cheyaledhu... result vundhi running stamina baga perigindhi ..

 

ivala 3kms non stop running kottanu 20 mins lo ..
