Andhra Dada Posted January 2, 2015 Author Share Posted January 2, 2015 పెట్రో ధరల తగ్గింపుపై కేంద్ర సర్కారు మ్యాజిక్‌ జనానికి బెత్తెడు..సర్కారుకు బోలెడు రాయితీ చమురు ధరల తగ్గింపునుసొమ్ము చేసుకుంటున్న వైనం ఎక్సైజ్‌ సుంకం పెంపుతో ఆదాయం సరిమనకు బెత్తెడు.. ప్రభుత్వానికి బోలెడు జూ పెట్రో ధరల తగ్గింపుపై సర్కారు మ్యాజిక్క్రూడ్ ధరల తగ్గింపును సొమ్ము చేసుకుంటున్న వైనం జూ తగ్గిన మొత్తం జనానికి చేరనే లేదుగ్యాస్లో జనానికి తగ్గింది ఐదు శాతం జూ ప్రభుత్వానికి తగ్గింది 48 శాతంన్యూఢిల్లీ: పోయినేడాదిలో మనకేం ఒరిగిందని చూసుకుంటే పెట్రో ధరలు తగ్గడం అనేది కనబడుతుంది. అయితే.. నిజంగా ప్రజలకు అందాల్సిన ప్రయోజనం అందిందా? ప్రభుత్వానికి తగ్గిన నష్టం లేదా వచ్చిన లాభం ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చారా? అని చూసుకుంటే లేదనే సమాధానం వస్తుంది. ప్రభుత్వానికి లాభమా? సామాన్యుడికి ప్రయోజనమా? అని చూసూకుంటే మనకి ప్రయోజనం కంటే ప్రభుత్వానికి లాభమే ఎక్కువని క్రూడాయిల్‌ ధరలను పరిశీలిస్తే అర్థమవుతుంది. మనకు దక్కాల్సిన సంతోషంలో సగమే మనకిస్తోందని, కొండొకచో అది కూడా ప్రభుత్వం ఇవ్వడం లేదని స్పష్టం అవుతోంది. గత ఏడాది క్రూడ్‌ (బ్రెంట్‌) ధరలు 48 శాతం తగ్గాయి. అయితే.. 2014 జనవరిలో ఉన్న పెట్రోల్‌, డీజిల్‌, గ్యాస్‌ ధరలను డిసెంబర్‌ 31న ఉన్న నాటి ధరలను పోల్చి చూసుకుంటే కచ్చితంగా 48 శాతం ప్రయోజనం వినియోగదారుడికి దక్కకుండా పోయిందన్నది స్పష్టం. జనవరి 2014లో హైదరాబాద్‌లో రూ. 79.11 గా ఉన్న లీటర్‌ పెట్రోల్‌ ధర డిసెంబర్‌ చివరి నాటికి రూ. 67.02కు చేరింది. అంటే తగ్గుదల 15.28 శాతంగా ఉంది. అంటే 48 శాతం మేర అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్లో ధరలు తగ్గితే.. ప్రభుత్వాలు మనకు అందించిన ప్రయోజనం కేవలం 15 శాతం. మరి 31 శాతం మిగులు ఎక్కడకు పోతోంది. జనానికి మేలు చేస్తున్నామంటూ ఊదరగొట్టుకుంటున్న ప్రభుత్వ ఖజానాకు పోతోంది. ప్రభుత్వానికి లాభం వస్తున్నా కూడా దాన్ని ప్రజలకు ఇవ్వడానికి ఇష్ట పడడం లేదు. పైగా ధర తగ్గితే పన్నుల ఆదాయం తగ్గిపోతుందన్న పేరుతో కొన్ని సార్లు పెట్రో ధరలు తగ్గినప్పుడల్లా ఎక్సైజ్‌ సుంకాన్ని కేంద్రం పెంచుకుంది. తాజాగా నూతన సంవత్సరం సందర్భంగా జనవరి ఒకటో తేదీన పెట్రోల్‌, డీజిల్‌పై ఎక్సైజ్‌ సుంకాన్ని కేంద్రం లీటర్‌కు రూ. 2 చొప్పున పెంచింది. దీని వలన వినియోగదారులపై భారం పడడం లేదని చెబుతోంది. రెండు రోజుల క్రిందట డిసెంబర్‌ 29న అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్లో క్రూడాయిల్‌ (బ్రెంట్‌) ధర బ్యారెల్‌కు సుమారు రూ. 3616గా ఉండగా అదే ధర నెల రోజుల క్రితం బ్యారెల్‌కు సుమారు రూ. 4526గా ఉంది. అంటే సుమారు 120 లీటర్ల క్రూడాయిల్‌ ధరలో రూ. 910 తేడా వచ్చింది. లీటర్‌కు రూ. 7.50 మేర ప్రభుత్వానికి కొనుగోలు ఖర్చు తగ్గింది. డిసెంబర్‌లో ప్రభుత్వం పెట్రోల్‌పై సుమారు రూ. 2 మాత్రమే తగ్గించింది. డిసెంబర్‌ పూర్తయి కొత్త సంవత్సరంలో ఒక రోజు గడిచిందో లేదో.. లీటర్‌కు రెండు రూపాయలు ఎక్సైజ్‌ సుంకం పెంచింది. ప్రభుత్వానికి వేలాది కోట్ల రూపాయల లాభం వస్తుండగా జనానికి అందులో కొద్దిగా విదిల్చి ప్రభుత్వాలు చేతులు దులుపుకుంటున్నాయి. తాజాగా సబ్సిడీ లేని వంటగ్యాస్‌(ఎల్‌పీజీ) సిలిండర్‌ ధర రూ. 43.50 మేర కేంద్రం తగ్గించింది. ఏడాదిలో క్రూడ్‌ ధరలో 48ుతగ్గుదల నమోదైనా, ఎన్నో సరుకుల ధరను నిర్ణయించే వంట గ్యాస్‌ ధరను మాత్రం ప్రభుత్వం ఆ మేరకు తగ్గించలేదు.
