CRDA kinda vachhe 58 mandalala lo ippudu elanti change undadu.

 

Capital will be constructed in Thullur, tadepalli and Mangalagiri mandals only.

 

But ee mandalalu anni CRDA bill lo pettataaniki karanam, if in any case future expansions ki use aithe vaadatharu.

 

Appudu kooda same land pooling and package apply avuthundhi as per CRDA bill.

alanti oorlaki both good and bad untadi...urban banks kuda land meda loans istayi and good for real estate development...kani approvals municipalities nunchi techukuntha easy ga undadu..

 

ee CRDA norms prakaram palleturlalo layouts veyyali anna construction cheyyali anna it may look silly as of now..

First there is nothing new about the boundaries - slight minor changes in VGTM's earlier boundaries

 

and VGTM was formed in 2007 and appatnundi alaghey undhee and taruvatha madya lo 2 times revision lo area ni pencharu 

 

and people are already tuned to these rules etc etc ....

plan approval okkati - kattedhee inkhokati - anni municipalities lo edhey tatamgham 

 

so atleast - CRDA area in the coming future lo ayyina Town and country planning baguntadhee ....

 

e planning lekhaney 2-3 decades ago - today we see all the metro's facing the problems pertain due to unauthorized and illegal construction's and traffic nuisance - drainage system - mainly because of overflow ....

it was not the same these days(last 5-6 years) VGTM or GHMC or Greater Vishakha - how these builders used to overlap the sanctioned plans and construct buildings and sometimes encroach the roads like they did in the past  ..... 

 

maximum paddatigha ney kadhuthunaru still 10-20 percent deviation varakhu still undhee ..... repu conform gha AP government would be very strict about these minimum deviations too .... 

 

and ORR planning and implementation in 2003 and 2015 would definitely vary - in terms of pace - design's and land accusation approach etc etc .... maximum by 2019 kanisam one to two phase's ayyina avvutayee and CBN till 2024 -assalu problem eyy ledhu ....
