raghu6 Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 హైదరాబాద్: భూమి యజమానులు మరీ అత్యాశకు పోవద్దని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గురువారం అన్నారు. ఆయన విజయవాడలో మాట్లాడారు. ల్యాండ్ పూలింగుకు రైతులు ముందుకు రాకుంటే భూసేకరణ చట్టం ద్వారా భూములను సేకరిస్తామని చెప్పారు. ల్యాండ్ పూలింగుకు రైతులు ముందుకు రాకుంటే వారే నష్టపోతారన్నారు. భూమి ఉన్న యజమానులు అత్యాశకు పోవద్దని హితవు పలికారు. అందరికీ ఆమోదయోగ్యంగా ఉండాలనే ల్యాండ్ పూలింగ్ ద్వారా భూమిని సేకరించాలనుకుంటున్నట్లు చంద్రబాబు తెలిపారు. విజయవాడ పరిసరాల్లో భూములు బంగారు బాతుల్లా తయారయ్యాయని అన్నారు. It is a good statement if investment returns are criterion. But how many farmers knew what are good companies? What about the emotional attachment these farmers have with their lands? If CBN wants to build a capital near Vijayawada, lands are available in some areas. But, he wants to build a riverfront capital. It may be difficult for CBN to get lands according to his whims. It is the duty of Government to clarify the doubts of farmers. It is the duty of Government to convince farmers as they had bad experiences with politicians. Farmer gets 40percent. + government have to give back that losed 60 percent land in somewhere in the state(like where ever government lands available).
