The moment they sell and some one buys it is valued at high. You can argue saying he could have got a appraisal and declared the price. If he did also, you can argue it is not 2 cr but 4 cr.. If he declares at 2 cr, they might pull property tax reports and CBN is not paying property tax for 2 cr but only 20 lakhs.. CBN family of 4 are living in 1200 sqft home.
