Prakash Kovelamudi to direct Balayya?

Astrong buzz is doing the rounds in filmnagar that Balakrishna, who has 97 films to his credit now, is already planning on make his 100th film a memorable one. According to reliable sources, Y Saibabu, who produced, Srirama Rajyam with Balakrishna will produce the actor’s 100th film, which will be directed by Prakash Kovelamudi, son of veteran director K Raghavendra Rao.

“After Srirama Rajyam, Balakrishna has apparently asked Saibabu to think of a project for his 100th film, which he immediately agreed to produce,” says the source.

Interestingly, Raghavendra Rao is working on Intinta Annamayya, the debut of Revanth, who is producer Saibabu’s son. “Raghavendra Rao, whose last few films have been mythological movies, has agreed to do this commercial film with Saibabu’s son, while the producer decided that the veteran director’s son Prakash will direct Balakrishna’s 100th film. But only an official announcement will give us the final picture,” added the source.

In my opinion, last movie by Prakash is Ok and could have been better. I felt like some thing was missing. Not disappointing at all.

It is 100% better to have balayya try different generations like he used to do rather than sticking to same mass roles. Forget directors like amma raja sekar.
