The music director of Baadshah, S S Taman has been on his toes trying to rope in Akon, to sing a number for this film. For those who don’t know Akon, he is the famous international pop singer who sang 'Chamak challo' for Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Ra One'. It's a wait and watch game to see if Akon will agree to sing for Taman's tune. Sources inform us that producer Bandla Ganesh is ready to pay more than Rs 2 Crores for this song to Akon.
