OnlyTDP Posted September 3, 2011 Share Posted September 3, 2011 I appreciate CBN for declaring his properties.. as every one knows, 38 cr is not the real figure (it was the value when you acquired these assets).. so he could have declared approximate market value of his properties instead of leaving lot of scope for criticism by opposition and common people.. for ex: his house in Banjara hills costed him 23 lacs between 1985-92.. and now it would cost a minimum of 5 cr.. same is the case with Heritage shares.. Common people just go by articles written in news papers.. they don't understand what is old value and what is current value (what they see is, a 1000 yards house in Banjara hills would cost much much more than 23 lacs).. so could have clearly mentioned his old asset value and current market value (at lease as per the current share value of heritage and government value of the lands) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not only that......... all have seen the SPECIFIC documents of CBN & Bhuvaneswari ........G/L of properties, AC receivables, AC payables, Asset Accounting, Real Values, Actual Market prices, Understanding of Market Values........ Got the knowledge of Summarizing the figures as a Qualified CA .............. On top of that, removing the ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST HAT & Wearing POLITICAL PUNDIT HAT & making judgements ....................
