    Successfully  reduced weight from 86 to 81 in 2 months while gaining bit muscle and tummy is barely visible without shirt with shirt it’s all flat

    Today work outs:
    4 kms run.
    1kms walk.
    500 skipping.
    30 push-ups.
    30 knee push ups.
    60 squats.
    10 mins cross runner.
    10 mins cycling.

    Avoid Soya Bean first of all most of the soyabean you find are GMO's which are very dangerous
    AVoid white rice and curd ...take buttermilk and brown rice 
    Peanut butter has added added sugars in it so watch for the sugar content 
    Having oats in the night is not good ........Avoid banana in the nights ......
    Have only 2 chapatis for dinner and also try to avoid bed 2 hrs before dinner ........if possible have a 10 min walk 30 mins after dinner ...this will give fantastic results...

    morning breakfast ----Ragijava ,1banana or banana and milk ---8AM 
    ( people in India ----have  a glass of milk with 2whole eggs or have pesarattu or ragijava)
    Lunch --No carb lunch with vegetables or 100gm of brown rice with beans and veggies12PM
    snack --- protein shake with berries or a bunch of dryfruits or for people in India take some roasted channa -3pm
    Dinner ----have cup of brown rice or preferred carbs which have fiber content  with veggies (strictly no white rice and naan or maida items)-7:30 PM
    Night before sleep -----one cup of milk or buttermilk10 PM
     
    I am preferring vegeterian so you can  repleace one meal of veggie with eggs or meat
     
    you have freedom to eat fruits when ever you want .......or you can  have 500 ml of coconut water a day 
     
    must drink 3-4 litres of water

    i  think he is just trying to burn fat....this should be fine for him now..once he starts pumping iron his diet must change .......

    your diet is absolutely fine ....i don't suggest any changes ........also try to have a cup of luke warm milk if you need sound sleep...

    1 day cheat day is fine brother...5 days work out is enough....make sure that you have vegeterian on Saturday so that you can restrict eating on atleast one day....
