On one hand, Delhi's Water Minister Ms Atishi says that she is not being given the money, while on the other hand, the accounts of the Water Board have not been audited since the year 2016-17.
Minister Ms. Atishi should have enough understanding that it is illegal to give money to any government department for an unlimited period of time without audit and due to this, a scam-like situation has arisen in the Water Board today.
The information that has come in the letter written by Ms. Atishi on March 9 has revealed many things. According to the information received from the letter, 59 percent of the water does not generate any revenue and there is no transparency in the use of the additional 15 percent of water. Today, there is no accounting of 74 percent of the water in Delhi Jal Board. That is, the entire Jal Board is running on only 26 percent of the water. Not only this, the accounts of 2021-22 are missing. Delhi Jal Board has become the main hub of Kejriwal's corruption.

Some one should file a PIL and get it approved through court, but I doubt the current Supreme court bench will even take up the PIL as they are pro minority and reservation
