Regional party political machinery is no match for Central party like Congress to make risky ventures. Where as none of state Congress leaders have that burden. They can do hit-and-run politics. Like Jagan if he hits he gets political power or if things don't work he goes back to his business. Same case with Lagadapati, DS, Jana Reddy, KCR. On one hand he is pushing for formation of a separate comitte on telangana which will buy him a lot of time ...if formed ...and in the mean time he will get the grip back on the T leaders. On the other hand he is pushing seemandhra leaders to pressure the government that way he is upping the pressure on the Congress party which wants to save the state government. Once the congress party backs off and may be some sort of commission/SRC will be formed and then the decision for the separate state will come in to the assembly .....the bill would never pass ...
