DN Doctors confirm cheyali Unfortunately milk you get from packets is having a chemical called formalin in little quantity...it shows effect in long term on your gut health...if you get fresh milk no issues at all you can still have it ...but use only a2 desi cow or buffalo milk....don't go with jersey and Holstein milk.....
