Annual interest need to be paid : 6.5 * 7.2% ==> 47,000 crore. => monthly roughly 4000 crores ( Including way and means, adjustments) 5.5K monthly wages and pension to emplyees per month. Total => 9.5k crore per month. --------- this 9.5 K crore is the A.P monthly revenue , including center gransts ------ RBI loan => 35K crore per anum will be sufficient for the govt functioning , input subisidies for power and farmers.
