Now we started 1st steps with Natural Farming పొరుగు నేలకు పసిడి రాశులు ప్రమాణాలతో విదేశాలకు పంపేందుకు సమాయత్తం ఎగుమతులపై ఉద్యానశాఖ దృష్టి మన బ్రాండ్‌ అమరావతి గ్రీన్స్‌ నాణ్యమైన ఉత్పత్తి కోసం రైతులకు అవగాహన పురుగుమందు అవశేషాలు లేని పంట ఉత్పత్తులను విదేశాలకు పంపడంపై ఉద్యానశాఖ ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారిస్తోంది. ఈ దిశగా రైతులను చైతన్యపర్చేందుకు కార్యాచరణ అమలుచేస్తోంది. ప్రపంచపటంపై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ఉత్పత్తుల ప్రత్యేకత చాటేలా అమరావతి గ్రీన్స్‌ లోగోను రూపొందించింది. రాష్ట్రంనుంచి విదేశాలకు ఎగుమతయ్యే అన్ని రకాల ఉద్యాన ఉత్పత్తులను ఇదే బ్రాండ్‌తో పంపాలని భావిస్తోంది. ఎగుమతులు.. ఎన్నో ప్రమాణాలు వివిధ రకాల ఉత్పత్తుల ఎగుమతుల విషయంలో ఎన్నో ప్రమాణాలు పాటించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఒక్కో దేశం నిబంధనలు ఒక్కోలా ఉంటాయి. సుమారు 160 నుంచి 180 రకాల పురుగు, తెగుళ్ల మందులకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షలు ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. మత్స్య ఉత్పత్తుల్లో నిషేధిత యాంటీబయోటిక్స్‌ అవశేషాలు బయటపడుతుండటంతో ఐరోపా, అమెరికానుంచి తిరస్కరణకు గురవుతున్నాయి. ఎగుమతుల సమయంలో వివిధ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తారు. వాటిలో ప్రధానంగా.. * ఎంఆర్‌ఎల్‌ (మాగ్జిమమ్‌ రెసిడ్యూ లెవల్‌): మన పంటలో పురుగుమందుల అవశేషాలు లేవని ధ్రువీకరించాలి. కొన్నింటిలో అవశేషాలు 0.001 నుంచి 0.004వరకే ఉండాలి. ఎక్కువ ఉంటే తిరస్కరిస్తారు. * యూరో గ్యాప్‌ (గుడ్‌ అగ్రికల్చరల్‌ ప్రాక్టీసెస్‌): ఉత్తమ వ్యవసాయ విధానాలు పాటించాలి. కలుషిత వాతావరణం లేని పరిస్థితులు ఉండాలి. * ఫైటోశానిటరీ సర్టిఫికెట్‌: ఉత్పత్తిలో పురుగుమందుల అవశేషాలు లేకున్నా.. పురుగులు, గుడ్లు వంటివి ఉండొచ్చు. ఇలాంటివి లేవని ధ్రువీకరించాలి. పురుగుమందుల నుంచి బయటకు తెచ్చి సాధారణంగా కూరగాయల సాగులో పురుగుమందుల వినియోగం ఎక్కువ. దశాబ్దాల నుంచి విచ్చలవిడిగా రసాయన ఎరువులు, పురుగు మందులు వినియోగిస్తుండటంతో వాటి అవశేషాలు భూమి, నీటిలోనూ మిగిలిపోయాయి. మనం వాడే సంకర విత్తనాలు కూడా పురుగుమందు చల్లితేనే పండుతాయనేలా తయారయ్యాయి. ఈ పరిస్థితులనుంచి రైతులను విముక్తులను చేసేలా ప్రత్యేక క్లస్టర్లను గుర్తించి ఉద్యానశాఖ సాగు చేయించనుంది. పంటకోత అనంతర చర్యలూ కీలకం పంట కోత అనంతర విధానాల్లో ప్రభుత్వ సహకారమూ కీలకమే. పురుగుమందుల అవశేషాలు పరీక్షించే కేంద్రాలు అందుబాటులో లేవు. దీనికి ఖర్చు కూడా ఒక్కో నమూనాకు రూ.ఐదు వేల నుంచి రూ.15 వేల వరకు అవుతోంది. ఈ ఖర్చును కనీసం రూ.500 తగ్గిస్తేనే రైతులకు వెసులుబాటు ఉంటుంది. ఎంపెడా అనుమతించిన ప్యాక్‌హౌస్‌లు నాలుగే ఉన్నాయి. వాటిని పెంచాల్సి ఉంది. పంట కోత తర్వాత ఉత్పత్తిని ప్యాక్‌హౌస్‌కు చేర్చేదాకా శీతలీకరణ అవసరం. ఇందుకనుగుణంగా వాహనాలు అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలి. కూరగాయల సాగుతోపాటు విదేశాలకు ఎగుమతికి సంబంధించి రైతుల్లో ఆసక్తి పెరుగుతోదని ఉద్యానశాఖ డీడీ శరవణన్‌ తెలిపారు. రాయితీపై ప్యాక్‌హౌస్‌లు, వాహనాలు అందిస్తున్నామని అన్నారు. రోజుమార్చి రోజు ఎగుమతులే లక్ష్యం ఎగుమతుల ప్రమాణాల మేరకు పండించేలా రైతులకు శిక్షణ ఇప్పించే ఏర్పాటుచేస్తున్నాం. రోజుమార్చి రోజు ఎగుమతులు చేయాలనేది లక్ష్యం. అమరావతి గ్రీన్స్‌ లోగో పేరుతో వాటిని పంపిస్తాం. ఇప్పటికే చిత్తూరు, పశ్చిమగోదావరి జిల్లాలనుంచి కాకర, దొండ, అరటి, కంద తదితర ఉత్పత్తులు సింగపూర్‌, ఇతర దేశాలకు వెళ్తున్నాయి. వారితోనూ మాట్లాడి దీన్ని అనుసరించేలా చూస్తాం. గుంటూరులోని లాంలో పురుగుమందుల అవశేషాలు గుర్తించే కేంద్రం ఏర్పాటుచేయనున్నాం. -చిరంజీవిచౌదరి, కమిషనర్‌, ఉద్యానశాఖ రైతులేం చేయాలి? పురుగుల నివారణకు వివిధ పద్ధతులు పాటించాలని విజయనగరం జిల్లా గరివిడి మండలం కొమురాం గ్రామ రైతు శివకుమార్‌రాజు తెలిపారు. 600 కిలోల బెండను ఇటీవల ఫ్రాంక్‌ఫర్ట్‌కు ఎగుమతి చేసిన ఆయన.. సాగు సమయంలో తీసుకున్న జాగ్రత్తలను వివరించారు. Good info. Guj is using the AP fisherman majorly in sea-based fisheries. That could explain why center didn't give money. AP should actively promote investments on sea-based fisheries in addition to inland fisheries. AP has access to vast amount of ocean floor. AP should also focus on seaweed cultivation. On a related note, sea-based fisheries thrive if nutrient carrying water from rivers flow into sea. So we need water from Krishna and Godavari to flow to sea for fish to grow. Its a very low cost alternative for food production compared to agriculture, which is energy-intensive. For this reason, AP govt. shouldn't encourage any river linking beyond Andhra borders.
