Tendulkar
Depends on what RFE you got. Speciality occupation is little bit dangerous. Can be answered and approved. Non CS background based on current situation 30% approval chnaces. MCA background with <10 yrs experience kuda risk undhi. Business Analyst, Qa manual testing more risk. Client letter very important when you file petition From sep 11th it is not that there is no RFE. If you dont submit requtied documents he can deny petitin witout RFE. Earlier there is condition that RFE is must before denial. You will still get RFE if he is not satified with any documents
CinemaLover
New rules are applicable on applications from 9/11. Regardless of that, USCIS is looking into applications with more scrutiny. I hope your visa extension gets approved.!

For applications with incomplete documentation, USCIS may reject the applications with out RFE. However, if needed they can still go for RFE. Here is what the policy guidance says: The policy implemented in this guidance restores to the adjudicator full discretion to deny applications, petitions, and requests without first issuing an RFE or a NOID, when appropriate. https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-updates-policy-guidance-certain-requests-evidence-and-notices-intent-deny
