US H1B RFE!!

Friends- H1B Visa ki e sari RFE's bagga paddayi.. any chances of getting approvals if we submit the mentioned documents. In my company out of 10 six got RFE and we have sumbitted the updated BRM letters as requested any idea if there is any chances of getting cleared for petetion.

Note- I have read somewhere that even who get RFE will not be eligible from this year .. any idea/clues on this?

No rfe ani recent ga start chesaru already padavallaki adi varthunchadu if your company submit proper doc that they are requesting it will be approved..

Depends on what RFE you got. Speciality occupation is little bit dangerous. Can be answered and approved.

Non CS background based on current situation  30% approval chnaces.

MCA background with <10 yrs experience kuda risk undhi.

Business Analyst, Qa manual testing more risk.

Client letter very important when you file petition

From sep 11th it is not that there is no RFE. If you dont submit requtied documents he can deny petitin witout RFE. Earlier there is condition that RFE is must before denial.

You will still get RFE if he is not satified with any documents

Not really. For applications with incomplete documentation, USCIS may reject the applications with out RFE. However, if needed they can still go for RFE.

Here is what the policy guidance says:

The policy implemented in this guidance restores to the adjudicator full discretion to deny applications, petitions, and requests without first issuing an RFE or a NOID, when appropriate.

I think what he said is also same.
