Why Pavan not used UP Results as shot in the arm to Warn Modi Govt?

Pavan could have uttered UP results and should have warned Modi Govt (instead of Aruj Gootley) saying it will repeat across nation if they don't stand by promise. This could have evoked huge response from public. Yesterday UP results pichha coincidence but some how not utilized.

Yesterday big breaking news was UP Bipoll result where BJP lost 2 MP seats vaccated by CM & DyCM.......phenomenal show by SP+BSP to overcome invincible BJP in UP

Why phenomenal??
In UP, the vote for the SP - supported by the BSP - is a huge positive swing of 9% to 10% higher than their combined vote in 2014.

Now Pavan seems to be equi distance from TDP & YSRC but moved a foot forward towards BJP

But there is obvious suspicion over who is ghost directing Pawan Kalyan. In the past, he has accused the BJP of giving two stale laddoos to Andhra when it was expecting SCS. But his soft approach towards the BJP in Guntur while attacking the rest, gives rise to doubts if the BJP is trying to do with Pawan what it is doing with Rajinikanth in Tamil Nadu. Build up Pawan as the man who can deliver, work out a workable formula under the AP Reorganisation Act and hammer out a BJP-Jana Sena alliance.
