The movie is a historical epic based on the life history of Satakarni. Balakrishna has tuned himself to suit the character and the magic has been seen on the silver screen. The movie which got released on January 12th giving competition to Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 has stood strong enough to elevate the collections for a historical epic. The movie was lauded by the entire Tollywood and audience have given a super hit stamp for the movie. Now after 20 days of the theatrical run of Gautamiputra Satakarni, Balayya does not look to stop his attack on the box office. The movie is still running successfully not only in weekends but also in weekdays. The movie has amounted a sum of Rs. 48.29 Crores from the both Telugu speaking states. This indicates that the movie will reach the Rs. 50 Crore mark in Telugu states very soon. According to the Trade analysts, the movie had collected a share collection of Rs. 65.98 Crores worldwide. This number will be increased definitely says the movie analysts. This movie remained as a Milestone movie in Balakrishna’s career.
